Lincoln Nautilus vs Genesis GV70 in Las Vegas: 2-Row Luxury SUVs Compared (Hybrid Powertrain, 48-Inch Display & BlueCruise)

Luxury SUVs at Las Vegas dealership

Short answer: Both are five-seat luxury SUVs with standard all-wheel drive, and both are strong picks. Choose the Lincoln Nautilus if you want a hybrid (285 total combined horsepower and 295 lb-ft, EPA-estimated 29/31/30 mpg, per Lincoln), the standard 48-inch panoramic display, BlueCruise hands-free highway driving with four years included, and more cargo room behind the back seat. Choose the Genesis GV70 if you want more top-end power (up to 375 hp from its available twin-turbo V6), higher towing (3,500 lb) and longer factory warranty and complimentary maintenance, per Genesis. As of October 29, 2026, Team Lincoln Las Vegas (5446 Drexel Road) lists 34 new Nautilus SUVs, 31 of them hybrids.

Below: a side-by-side spec table, what the numbers mean on Las Vegas roads, and how to test-drive a Nautilus from Summerlin, The Lakes, Southern Highlands or Centennial Hills.

Nautilus figures from lincoln.com’s 2026 Nautilus page and FAQ; GV70 figures from genesis.com’s 2027 GV70 page and its per-trim specifications; both checked October 29, 2026. Lincoln rates horsepower and torque on premium fuel per SAE J1349. Genesis also sells an Electrified GV70 (EV), which this comparison doesn’t cover. Confirm equipment on the window sticker.

Powertrain: hybrid efficiency vs turbo punch

This is the biggest difference. Lincoln offers the Nautilus with a 2.0L turbocharged hybrid on every trim, rated at 285 total combined horsepower and 295 lb-ft, with standard AWD. It isn’t a plug-in, so there’s nothing to charge; the hybrid system recharges while you drive. Lincoln’s EPA estimate for the hybrid is 29 city / 31 highway / 30 combined mpg.

Genesis takes a performance route. The GV70’s standard 2.5L turbo makes 300 hp, and the available 3.5L twin-turbo V6 makes 375 hp, per Genesis. Its listed mpg is 20/26 (2.5T) and 18/25 (3.5T).

What it means in Las Vegas: If most of your miles are the 215 Beltway, Summerlin Parkway and stop-and-go on Sahara or Charleston, the Nautilus Hybrid’s city rating is the standout. If you want the strongest pull for passing on I-15 toward the California line, the GV70’s V6 has the edge.

Tech and hands-free driving

  • Display: The Nautilus comes standard with a 48-inch panoramic display across the dash, paired with an 11.1-inch center display running Lincoln Digital Experience with Google apps and services, per Lincoln. The GV70 uses a 27-inch OLED display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an available 12-inch head-up display, per Genesis.
  • Highway driving: Lincoln says BlueCruise lets you drive hands-free on prequalified divided highways called Hands-Free Blue Zones while a driver-facing camera checks that your eyes stay on the road. Every 2026 Nautilus trim includes it for four years, with Automatic Lane Change. Genesis describes the GV70’s Highway Driving Assist 2 as adaptive cruise with lane-centering support, and its Hands-On Detection warns you if your hands aren’t on the wheel.
  • Safety: Lincoln lists Co-Pilot360 Drive 2.0 as standard on all Nautilus models, plus an IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK+ award. Genesis lists a 2026 IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK+ and a 5-star overall NHTSA rating for the GV70.

For long I-15 runs or trips up US-95, ask us to show you BlueCruise on a test drive so you can feel the difference yourself.

Space, comfort and cargo

The Nautilus has the longer wheelbase (114.2 vs 113.2 inches) and more cargo room by both brands’ numbers: 36.4 cu ft behind the second row on Premiere vs 28.9 cu ft in the GV70, and up to 71.2 cu ft with the rear seats folded vs 56.9. That’s the difference between fitting golf bags and a Costco run at the same time, or not.

Lincoln says the Nautilus’s second-row seats slide forward and back. Genesis lists 37.2 inches of second-row legroom for the GV70. Lincoln doesn’t publish a rear-legroom number on its Nautilus page, so the best test is simple: sit behind your own driving position in both.

For comfort, the Nautilus offers Perfect Position 24-way massaging front seats (Reserve with the Reserve III Package, standard on Black Label) and Lincoln Rejuvenate, which combines seat massage, lighting, sound and available Digital Scents while parked. The GV70 offers an available Ergo Motion driver’s seat that uses air cells for lumbar stretching.

Las Vegas heat note: Lincoln’s available Auto Air Refresh filters fine dust, smog and some allergens, which is useful in dusty summer months. Read our Nautilus heat guide for more.

Where the GV70 wins (fairly)

  • Towing: 3,500 lb vs the Nautilus’s 1,750 lb. If you pull a small boat to Lake Mead, the GV70 has more capacity.
  • Warranty and maintenance: Genesis lists 5-year/60,000-mile basic and 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain coverage plus 3 years/36,000 miles of complimentary scheduled maintenance. Lincoln lists 4-year/50,000-mile basic, 6-year/70,000-mile powertrain and 8-year/100,000-mile hybrid-component coverage.
  • Top-end power: 375 hp from the V6 vs 285 from the Nautilus Hybrid.

If those matter most to you, the GV70 deserves a test drive. If hybrid efficiency, hands-free highway driving, the big display and cargo room matter more, the Nautilus is the better fit.
